About the role
K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role focuses on identifying and evaluating land opportunities in Lancaster County, Delaware County, and Chester County, PA.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate land opportunities
- Present land deals to key senior leaders
- Work closely with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts
- Contribute to the Company’s growth by directly driving land acquisition
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience in the home building and community development industry
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for land acquisition
