Responsibilities
- Identify acquisition opportunities through contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
- Present land deals to senior leaders within the company.
- Prepare, interpret, and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
