About the role
You will operate lamination and embossing machines to meet production schedules, ensuring top-notch quality by monitoring adhesion, embossing, and the overall finish of Len-Tex Wallcoverings. You will maintain a clean and safe work area, follow all safety protocols, perform regular machine clean-up, and report any maintenance needs to ensure uninterrupted production.
Responsibilities
- Operate lamination and embossing machines to meet production schedules.
- Monitor adhesion, embossing, and overall finish of wallcoverings for quality control.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Perform regular machine clean-up.
- Report maintenance needs to ensure uninterrupted production.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience with attention to detail and teamwork.
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Skilled in using hand tools and learning multiple processes.
- Prior experience with web-based manufacturing, textiles, or paper converting is a plus.
