About the role

The Lamination Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows. This entry-level Production Associate role involves performing repetitive tasks on an assembly line under direct supervision, including assembling building material components, positioning materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts, and using hand and power tools. The environment is fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive, with heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking on concrete floors.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble window material components.
  • Insert or position materials, clamp, splice, and fit parts.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
  • Follow all safety procedures to prevent injury to self or co-workers.
  • Perform repetitive jobs on an assembly line under direct supervision.
  • Stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten-hour shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently and 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools for fabrication and assembly.
  • Capability to be cross-trained in multiple functions within and between departments.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule

2nd shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Pay

$16.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential.
