About the role
Participate in a comprehensive, paid summer internship program designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in your field of interest. Interns are paired with a mentor and aligned to a department based on their career aspirations, education, and skills. Throughout the program, you will contribute to real business initiatives and complete a capstone project that showcases the impact of your work, culminating in a final presentation. Whether your interests are in Agriculture, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Safety, Food Science, Marketing, Engineering, or other business functions, our highly competitive internship program offers opportunities to develop your skills, expand your professional network, and gain valuable industry experience.

- Gain real-world working experience through dynamic capstone projects assigned by your mentor and assigned department
- Meet and learn from company leaders, peers, and mentors
- Receive guidance and feedback from your assigned mentor throughout the program

Requirements
- Enrollment or a recent graduate of a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program required
- Must be a current Junior, Senior, or recent graduate
- Must have a valid, U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check
- Demonstrates interest or skill in the area related to the corresponding internship
- Demonstrates strengths in relationship building, problem-solving, and conflict management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong computer competency: experience with MS suite of products desired
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Interns at Lamb Weston must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Some travel may be required
- Additional qualifications may be required based on the specific internship
