About the role
Lakeside Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Solve customer issues and provide solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process customer orders and payments
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
