About the role

The Painter is responsible for performing multiple duties related to the production of painted products. Tasks and teams may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Painting various products using different techniques and materials
• Ensuring quality control by adhering to painting standards and procedures
• Maintaining equipment and tools in good working order
• Working closely with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in painting or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

Skills

• Proficiency in painting techniques
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Basic computer skills

Benefits

• $1,500 sign-on bonus

Pay

Starting pay at $21.25/hr.

Schedule

Typical schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed.
