What You'll Do

• Professionally engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned territories
• educate homeowners on roof inspections, storm damage, and preventative maintenance
• Set qualified inspection appointments
• Accurately document interactions and leads in company systems
• Follow company scripts, compliance standards, and brand guidelines
• Maintain quality standards while meeting weekly performance goals
• Attend training, team meetings, and coaching sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Prior canvassing or sales experience preferred
• Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism
• Coachable and process-oriented
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
• Goal-driven with a growth mindset
• Self-motivated, organized, and independent
• Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent required
