Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recovery programs
• Provide a supportive and empowering environment for individuals in recovery
• Manage daily operations of the program
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in recovery
• Experience in managing staff and overseeing program operations
• Knowledge of addiction treatment and recovery principles
