LADC ,CADC, LMHC, or LICSW Group Therapy Facilitator for MAT Program
About the role
Middlesex Recovery is an addiction treatment program that provides medically-supervised services for adults in various modalities and settings. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Offer support and assistance to patients enrolled in Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorder.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach to help patients develop individualized coping techniques and symptom management skills.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient progress and develop an individualized plan of care.
- Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service at regularly scheduled intervals based on patient need, best practices, and state regulations.
- Coordinate all services throughout treatment.
- Conduct initial assessment and evaluation to determine eligibility for services.
- Complete bio-psychosocial assessment.
- Establish an individualized treatment plan with each patient and review as clinically indicated.
- Respond, as needed, to patient grievances and complaints.
- Develop aftercare and discharge plans.
- Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be a LADC, CADC, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
- Demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
Pay
The salary range for this position is from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
