LABS Instructional Designer

Position Summary

This position is responsible for designing and developing live and eLearning system courses to support the organization. It includes maintaining customer relationships, writing content, facilitation, development, and overseeing deployment of courses. Functions are performed according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of technical e-Learning experience in training and development, multi-media design, and delivery in a corporate environment
• Experience using a recognized instructional design method and in all phases of the design, development, implementation, facilitation, measurement, evaluation, and delivery of technical and non-technical programs using appropriate adult learning theories

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in design, e-Learning Technologies, Training & Development, Business Management, Education, Communication, or related field
• Three (3) years of facilitating live training
• Knowledge of live online technologies and course development for live online delivery
• Expert in Adobe development tools, to include Captivate and other multimedia development tools
