About the role

Extreme Excavating is a civil construction company specializing in civil utilities, storm water management, process piping installation, and site development works. With over 25 years of experience, we provide comprehensive services in the Kamloops and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties on site needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion
• Maintain a clean work site
• Operate a variety of machinery (cutoff saw, jumping jack, plate tamper)
• Collaborate with the crew to complete work safely and efficiently
• Participate in job safety training

Qualifications

• Physically fit
• Basic construction experience
• Able to work safely in a physically demanding environment
• Able to operate small compaction equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Perform other general labourer duties as assigned

Certifications

• WHMIS 2015 Level 1
• First Aid
• CSTS 09 Class 5 DL
