About the role

The Laborer - Structures Division is responsible for performing various tasks related to construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other construction equipment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to work sites.
• Perform general labor duties such as digging holes, setting up temporary structures, and cleaning up debris.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good physical condition.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
