About the Role

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Laborer to join our team, providing general support in a dynamic plant environment.

Responsibilities

• General plant support
• Sweeping and cleaning work areas
• Palletizing materials
• Material handling
• Assisting equipment operators
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in the same or a similar position
• Strong work ethic and trainability
• Focus on safety

Working Conditions

• Safety First: Strict adherence to all safety rules; personal protective equipment (PPE) required in office and industrial plant environments.
• Dynamic Environment: Work in outdoor and indoor settings with exposure to physical labor, extreme heat, humidity, cold, noise, and dust.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent climbing, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly), and performing physical tasks such as opening railcar lids, collecting samples, and clearing cement.
• Ability to communicate verbally using a phone and radio, and to hear verbal commands and audible alarms for safe operation around heavy equipment and conveyor systems.
• Must pass a physical exam if required.

This position requires in-person work at the assigned worksite; remote work is not available.

Schedule

Employees are expected to work varying shifts as needed, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
