As a Manufacturing Laborer, you'll play a hands-on role in producing high-quality precast concrete products, including burial vaults and related funeral supply items. Your work directly supports funeral homes and families across the Upper Midwest. This is steady, physical work that keeps you moving and engaged throughout the day—both indoors and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks for precast concrete products
• Work both indoors and on-site to support production
• Maintain physical engagement throughout the workday

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay

$24.67/hour starting wage

Schedule

Full-time, steady weekday schedule: Monday–Friday first shift (no weekends).
