Family coverage options are also available. What You'll Do As a Laborer/Manufacturer, you will help produce high-quality precast concrete products in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This is an onsite, indoor position where teamwork, safety, quality, and reliability are essential. Responsibilities May Include Preparing forms and materials for concrete productionAssisting with the pouring, finishing, and handling of precast concrete productsUsing tools and equipment safelyInspecting products for qualityMaintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing established production procedures and safety requirementsAssisting team members as needed to meet production goals Qualifications Qualified candidates must be able to: Lift up to 90 poundsStand and perform physical work for extended periodsFollow instructions and established safety proceduresWork effectively as part of a teamMaintain reliable attendance and punctualityWork overtime when required based on company needs If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to build a career with a stable company, we would love to meet you!
