Responsibilities

• Basic construction site manual labor, including dirt work, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Moving equipment to job sites, offloading materials, and installing materials per design.
• Following Foreman lead on proper job site set up and clean up.
• Operating trucks and heavy equipment to and from job sites safely.
• Operating equipment such as backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, and forklift safely.
• Receiving training and passing Operator Qualifications tests.
• Performing routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment.
• Providing and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Work split: 70% labor, 30% driving.
• Travel required: 90% of time.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 1‑year construction and/or field work experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug test and physical.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for drivers and trucks.
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Preference for candidates residing or planning to reside within 60 miles of the office.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work long hours, including 12‑hour shifts when required.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
