Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Perform production and packaging operations as directed.
• Aid in housekeeping duties, including 5S initiatives and system cleanouts.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Operate basic equipment and tools according to company guidelines.
• Avoid hazardous waste and properly handle materials.
• Learn and apply correct labeling, storage requirements, and inspection methods.
• Support spill response procedures and report issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in English.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with routine inventory and housekeeping practices.
