About the role
Responsible for performing heavy civil construction tasks such as excavation, grading, and concrete placement.
Responsibilities
- Perform excavation and grading tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers
- Assist in the placement of concrete and other materials
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Experience in heavy civil construction preferred
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
