Laborer Foreman (Hourly)

About the Role

We are looking for a Laborer Foreman to join our team on site in Chester, VA. This is a full‑time, in‑person position.

Responsibilities

• Work with subcontractors to coordinate activities around the site, including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, crane activities, etc.
• Maintain site signage and designated walking pathways.
• Efficiently communicate to multiple parties onsite.
• Communicate logistics plans both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Technology‑inclined; must have a computer and iPad for updating site logistics plans.
• Up to 4 years of experience coordinating workflow for construction sites.
• Strong communication skills, time management, and integrity.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects, climb ladders and scaffolds, and work on uneven surfaces/heights.
• Ability to read/write and see & hear well (with correction if needed).
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50‑100 lb, 75 % of the time.
• Must work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment, outdoors, and be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness required daily.
• Substance‑abuse testing and background screening required; no sponsorship for immigration status or benefits.
