About the role
As a key member of the City of Elkhart team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing various city programs.Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from residents and businesses

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
