Laborer

About the Role

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Laborer to join our Operations Team. We are a leader in civil construction, delivering high-impact infrastructure projects that improve communities and drive progress. Responsibilities

• Clean tools, equipment, materials, and work area
• Lift, carry, and hold construction materials, tools, and supplies
• Digging, spreading, and leveling dirt, sand, and gravel using a pick, shovel, or rake
• Performing a variety of routine non-machine tasks such as removing forms, filling excavations, placing pipe sections in trench, and assembling sections of pipe
• Performing a variety of machine tasks such as tapping soil, jack hammering, and assisting in the fusing of pipe
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible schedule is a plus
