Laborer

Work involves installing underground utilities and concrete work across multiple job sites. Seasonal position running approximately March through November, with around 50 hours per week. Work locations are within a 150-mile radius of Dubuque, IA.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Pay

Starting wages: $24–$28 per hour (no prior experience required). $2,000 hiring bonus paid in 10 monthly installments after 30 days of employment.
