Responsibilities

• Sort and separate recyclables from conveyor belts
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts (training provided)
• Operate equipment such as power washers
• Maintain cleanliness of the yard and recycling receptacles
• Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
• Track inventory and label incoming/outgoing shipments
• Stack bales, crates, and pallets in designated zones
• Complete special projects and assist with documentation
• Follow all health & safety guidelines
• Work closely with a team to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long hours
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and ability to stay on task
