Responsibilities

• Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.
• Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
• Absorbs and communicates job information to important parties.
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices.
• Maintains tools and equipment; performs safety checks.
• Cleans equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide a resume.
• Must have experience with pile driving (recent rigging/groundsman experience).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception.
• Must meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Minimum age 18.
• Provides personal transportation to and from the job site.
• Must provide proof of identity and employment authorization.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements and Environment

• Occasionally: Carrying, climbing, crouching, grasping, gripping, handling, kneeling, pinching, pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, and stooping are required.
• Frequently: Standing and walking is required.
• Constantly: Reading, vision, repetitive motions, and sitting are required.
• Exposed to occasional extreme cold, extreme heat, humidity, wet, noise, hazards and vibration in the working environment.

Pay

Anticipated base salary range: $20/hr - $23/hr
