HL Chapman Pipeline Construction is a recognized leader in trenching for utilities, oil & gas, and mass rock excavation. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role involves general maintenance tasks and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Position located in Leander, TX.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all elements.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Punctuality is essential—must be on time and dependable.
• Safety is a top priority—must follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

$16.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time (Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑5:30 pm; Saturday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm)
