About the role

Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company seeking full-time Foremen, Leadmen, and Laborers. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Work in confined spaces
• Follow directions and work as part of a crew
• Manual digging and lifting 80–100 lbs
• Concrete labor and material handling
• Long hours and occasional Saturdays

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Foreman‑in‑Training program available for qualified candidates
• Additional license requirements for Foremen

Pay

Starting pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Schedule

Full‑time; Monday–Thursday (Friday and/or Saturday possible during heavy workloads); 8–10 hour shifts; Overtime available.
