About the role
Entry level Laborer position in Wheeling, WV. This position can lead to additional responsibilities and growth within the organization. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Responsibilities
- Using pressure washer and soap, wash electric motor parts
- Use forklift to move parts from one area to another
- Operate cranes to load heavy parts in and out of wash booth
- Load cleaned parts into oven for baking process
- Clean varnish off of mechanical fits after varnish or VPI dipping process
- Prep parts prior to assembly by mechanics using air powered tools
- Other responsibilities as required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to show up on time and work a complete shift of 8 to 10 hours, as required.

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes
