Laborer

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: clearing debris, digging trenches, and preparing the ground for construction.
• Material Handling: loading, unloading, and transporting materials to designated areas on the site.
• Assisting Skilled Trades: helping carpenters, electricians, and other craft workers as directed.
• Erecting and Dismantling Structures: assembling and taking down temporary structures like scaffolding.
• Operating Equipment: using hand and power tools, and potentially some light machinery.
• Maintaining Safety: following safety procedures, reporting hazards, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Site Clean-up: removing debris, waste, and ensuring the site is clean at the end of the day.
