LABORER

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Load and unload materials and supplies
• Auxiliary demolition assistance
• Maintain cleanliness of job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Additional tasks or projects as assigned by their supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in construction
• Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions
• Knowledge of various construction tools and equipment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
