Laborer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, grading, and site cleanup.
• Assist operators, pipe layers, and truck drivers with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with installation of underground utilities and other infrastructure.
• Perform physically demanding work including lifting, carrying, and manual labor.
• Support equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to job site safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction from supervisors.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative when needed.

Wages and Benefits

Wages are based on previous experience and tenure with the company.

Work Schedule

Full-time position, typically 40+ hours per week (Monday--Thursday). Overtime may be required based on project needs.
