Laborer

Responsibilities

• May be required to work at elevated heights.
• Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction projects.
• Knowledge of tools and materials used in commercial construction.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and various other equipment and instruments.
• Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris.
• Assist other craft workers.
• Work in all weather conditions; may involve prolonged bending, squatting, standing, and lifting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug‑free environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lb.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work at elevated heights.
