Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites.
• Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with equipment.
• Maintain pace in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Work individually or within a team.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Be punctual, reliable, and a hard worker.
• Count truck loads, including directing trucks where to dump, signing in tickets, tracking time and load count, ensuring trucks lower their beds before leaving the jobsite, and confirming drivers wear PPE when exiting trucks.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• GED/high school diploma or related work experience; trade school a plus.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.
