Laboratory Technician III

Responsibilities

• Performs complex dry laboratory research activities, planning and conducting a complete project of limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project.
• Sets up and operates equipment.
• Modifies methods and techniques, records, computes, and analyzes test data.
• Prepares programs, specifications, designs, charts, graphs, tables, illustrations, and photographs.
• Makes recommendations based on test reports.
• May assist in preparing materials for publication.
• May perform specialized duties in process or service laboratories, such as photography/illustration services.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
