Laboratory Technician
Responsibilities
- Provide lab support to the manufacturing process and confirm quality of product before shipment to customer.
- Conducting analytical testing on emulsion polymerization products and plant wastewater in support of 24/7 ISO 9001 manufacturing operations.
- Accurately measure physical properties (e.g. pH, viscosity, solids, PSD) and composition (e.g. GC, HPLC, FTIR, titrations) for Latex products.
- Data entry into and pulling information from LIMS (IQS), SAP, and other software packages.
- Accurately perform tests and communicate results.
- Show attention to detail.
Qualifications
- The preferred candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a lab position of increasing responsibility.
- Opportunity for temporary assignment to become a permanent position.
- Education: Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology or other science with a minimum 6+ months of industrial experience in an QA/QC, R&D, Analytical or Environmental laboratory environment OR High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3+ years of relevant industrial lab experience in either a QA/QC, R&D, Analytical or Environmental Laboratory required.

Details: Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Also, some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.

Hours: 42.50 in a week; Lunch Time: 30 Minutes
