Laboratory Technician

NDHC is hiring a full-time laboratory technician, MLT or MT, to join our team in a moderately complex laboratory serving our rural health clinic and critical access hospital.

About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of laboratory medicine. You'll enjoy meaningful work, a broad scope of practice, and the chance to build strong relationships with providers, coworkers, and patients.

You will be a positive, calming presence while interacting with patients and a detail-oriented task master while processing and completing testing and reporting.

Schedule

• Steady-paced 36-hour/week schedule
• On-call rotation: one night per week and one weekend every 4-5 weeks

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in medical lab technology (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in medical lab science (preferred)
• License from the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice (required)
