About the role
This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using established methods and timelines.
- Analyze data to identify off-quality situations, make decisions (release, reject, retest), and escalate or investigate issues while ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, enter and monitor data in SAP, manage retain samples, and ensure timely hold/release of materials to prevent nonconforming product distribution.
- Prioritize lab activities to meet business needs, support production, contribute to plant initiatives, and assist with training and shift handoffs.
- Adhere to GMP, safety policies, and training requirements; maintain lab cleanliness and hygiene; and communicate effectively to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and complete testing accurately within required timelines while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
- Strong focus on precision in testing, documentation, recordkeeping, and adherence to procedures to ensure reliable and consistent results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
- Capability to think critically, solve problems, perform calculations, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Commitment to safety, GMP, and hygiene standards, along with proficiency in basic computer systems and flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 and $26.00.
