About the role

The Laboratory Processing Supervisor - Biologics Manufacturing oversees the day-to-day operations within the biologics manufacturing laboratory. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of biologics processing procedures
• Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Manage laboratory staff and ensure their training and development
• Perform quality control checks on biologics products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biologics manufacturing or related field
• Experience with GMP and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
