Laboratory Staffing Coordinator
Job Overview
Fairview is seeking a Casual Laboratory Staffing Coordinator to join their team. This role offers flexible remote work with variable hours ranging from 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM. While primarily remote, occasional onsite meetings are required for collaboration and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Provides daily staffing support
- Schedules workforce based on staffing guidelines and needs
- Creates and updates core staffing templates in collaboration with supervisors
- Prioritizes and solves scheduling and daily staffing issues for each laboratory
- Communicates with leaders and staff to ensure staffing needs are met
- Manages all staffing requests for time off and other scheduling revisions
- Tracks and provides staffing information to leaders regarding staffing profiles, trends, and needs
- Facilitates monthly site staff meetings for staffing changes and issue resolution
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and competency requirements
- Assists with competency management and optimizes staffing tools
Requirements
- 1 year experience in staffing or scheduling
- A.A./A.S. preferred with 2 years of experience

Compensation
Pay within the posted range may vary based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, and market conditions.
