Laboratory Manager

Role: Laboratory Manager overseeing daily hospital laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely diagnostic testing, manage staff scheduling, workflow, and quality standards, and maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nursing, and ancillary teams to support patient care. Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop laboratory professionals, manage budgets and equipment, and support process improvements and safety initiatives.
