Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & system issues
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Set up lab interfaces
- Push results
- Fix and start up new computers, laptops and printers
- Create training portals
- Create new accounts in the system
- May require some travel for training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous experience with EMR systems and HL7 integrations
- Familiarity with ELLKAY and/or other HL7 interoperability vendors
- 3 years of IT experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
