Position: Laboratory Assistant II (Pathology Technician I)
Location: Highland Park Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
What You Will Do
- Triage cytology specimen: gross specimen and accession specimen
- Process gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimen using various processing and staining techniques
- Provide customer support as a technical liaison for the cytology laboratory for inquiries
- Support specimen send outs by completing patient sample requests
- Maintain a clean laboratory station and work alongside team to manage the inventory, logs, equipment functions, and troubleshoot issues in the laboratory with the supervisor

Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
