Laboratory Assistant

Role Overview: This position involves supporting laboratory operations through specimen processing, accessioning, and distribution tasks. Responsibilities: Perform specimen handling, maintain accurate documentation, troubleshoot issues, assist in training staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in clinical laboratories (1-2 years depending on role) Preferred Certifications: Phlebotomy certification or Medical Assistant certification upon hire. Skills: Strong technical, organizational, and customer service skills; ability to adapt to changing workflows; professionalism and safety awareness.
