About the role

This per-diem position involves collecting blood from patients and coordinating and processing specimen collection following established standards and practices. You will work 8-hour evening shifts at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood from patients.
• Coordinate and process specimen collection in accordance with established standards and practices.

Requirements

• California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or II License (required upon hire).
• California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization (within 30 days of hire).
• Phlebotomy experience.
• 2 years of experience in the health care field in related work.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.06 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
