About the role

Expleo Group USA is looking for an Automotive Technician to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, Michigan. This role involves carrying out replacement and repair time studies, documenting warranty information, and collaborating with the service information authoring team to refine removal and installation procedures for service manuals. You will also work with engineering to develop new and existing technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and repair time studies following documented processes and procedures specific to vehicles.
• Collaborate with the service information authoring team to solidify removal and installation procedures and times for service manuals.
• Document warranty time study information.
• Execute technician tasks, including time studies and process documentation.
• Work with engineering teams to develop and improve automotive technology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automotive repair within a dealership environment.
• Proficiency in technical English writing styles and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Eagerness to learn and grow your automotive knowledge.
