Responsibilities
- Supervise the crew(s)
- Plan and delegate project responsibilities
- Provide weekly or as needed reports
- Process change orders
- Schedule deliveries
- Manage project budget
- Ensure quality customer service
- Accurately and timely complete required paperwork
- Maintain positive attitude
- Proactively plan project materials and equipment
- Attend required meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years Crew Foreman or related experience

- Advanced knowledge of reading and interpretation of blueprints

- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate others

Supervision
- Immediate oversight of employees
- Supervises or manages the work of at least two full-time employees or the equivalent
- Includes decisions or recommendations regarding personnel action such as hiring, disciplinary action, overtime, changes in pay, and terminations
