About the role

Holland & Hart seeks to add a Labor & Employment partner to join its Las Vegas or Reno office. Join the collaborative partnership at Holland & Hart where our Labor & Employment practice group is recognized for its sophisticated work and diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Labor & Employment, particularly in the areas of employment defense and other traditional employment and commercial litigation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Labor & Employment law (or a broader practice including Commercial Litigation).
  • Ability to manage cases and teams.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience in Labor & Employment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Labor & Employment law (or a broader practice including Commercial Litigation).
  • Ability to manage cases and teams.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state.
  • Passionate about labor and employment law.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and teams effectively.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of remote work arrangements.
