The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of relevant legal experience and a strong commitment to excellence in labor and employment law. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex labor and employment matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes
• Represent clients before administrative agencies and courts
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas
• Develop strategies for risk management and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of labor & employment law experience
• Active admission to practice law in the United States (California bar preferred)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven track record in client relationship management
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional growth
