Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to the firm’s business clients on employment matters
  • Represent clients in employment litigation
  • Research
  • Write briefs
  • Prepare pleadings
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Attend court hearings
  • Draft policies
  • Investigate complaints
  • Advise clients

Requirements

  • Active Missouri law license and be in good standing
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Exceptional analytical and writing abilities
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment
  • A desire to appear in court
  • Confident oral communication skills

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of employment law experience (in both advising and litigation roles)
