Labor & Employment Attorney – Philadelphia, PA
About the Role
Clark Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Labor & Employment business unit in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week.
Requirements
- 6+ years of practice experience
- Active PA bar license
- Litigation experience including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Experience with court proceedings filed under FELA is preferred
- Experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, and workers compensation
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work eth work ethic
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
- Solid academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
